Drop Forging offers a variety of design options with a favorable fiber and microstructure. Even complicated shapes can be realized and serial parts can be produced cost-effectively at our partners. Thanks to years of experience, our partners are responsible for the forging design and transition from the design drawing or sketch to the drop forged part produced reliably and cost-effectively in series production.

Basically, all common forgeable steel grades are processed. Our partners produce forgings from 400 grams to approx. 55 kilograms of finished piece weight. The forging blanks are heated by means of electronically controlled heating systems, which ensure economic and exact temperature control during production. The whole process is electronically controlled and recorded for complete quality tracking.

According to customer specifications, a subsequent heat treatment can take place, for example by tempering, normalizing or surface hardening.
